Alegria is built in a Portuguese style and comprises two floors. This beautiful villa was completely renovated in 2002. The entrance hall leads into the lounge and dining room.
The lounge has comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. The spacious dining room seats 10. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
On the ground floor you will find 4 double bedrooms. The two bedrooms in the left wing have en-suite bathrooms, the two bedrooms in the right wing share one bathroom. Three bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and garden.
The lounge opens onto the semi-covered terrace with views of the garden and a small lush valley. Next to the kitchen there is a small patio, ideal for al fresco dining.
A marble staircase leads to the second floor. Here you will find the beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a private balcony.
The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children.
The large kidney-shaped salt water swimming pool (12 x 6 mtr.) is incorporated in a large terrace. There is a built-in BBQ and a gazebo.
There is a carport for two cars.
The villa is situated on a private estate, named Faria Verde, together with Mimosa and Mouraria. The villas can be rented in combination with each other. Mouraria sleeps 14 and Mimosa sleeps 6.
The villas could be rented during the winter, since they all have central heating and heatable pools.
Maid service on working days. Bedlinen is changed once a week, bath linen twice a week. Garden and pool maintenance.
